1. Agreement and scope
These terms apply to services operated by Celestria Group, including celestriagroup.com, Celestria Group Discord bots, Ryanair Connect, Ryanair Links, Hargrave Links, and other websites or online services that link to these terms (together, the “Services”).
By using a Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional rules shown within a particular Service, Discord server, promotion, or purchase also apply to that activity.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent, guardian, or individual and in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Information you provide must be accurate and current. You must not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, transfer an account without permission, or use another person’s account without authority.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- Break the law, platform rules, or another person’s rights.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, discriminate against, or endanger another person.
- Send spam, malicious code, harmful links, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or seriously abusive.
- Access systems or data without permission, bypass safeguards, disrupt a Service, scrape data at scale, or reverse engineer software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Abuse Discord bot commands, automated features, moderation tools, support systems, application forms, voting, or payment functions.
- Misuse confidential information or collect personal information about others without a lawful basis.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or terminate access, remove content, preserve relevant records, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or others.
4. Content and intellectual property
Celestria Group and its licensors retain rights in the Services, including software, branding, designs, text, images, and other content. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Unless we give written permission, you may use Service content only for personal, non-commercial use connected with the Service.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the relevant Service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that content.
5. Third-party platforms and links
Some Services rely on or link to Discord, Roblox, and other third parties. Their terms and policies apply separately. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or actions.
References to third-party brands do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
6. Payments and separate arrangements
Prices, payment terms, eligibility conditions, refund rules, and any additional legal terms shown at the point of a transaction form part of your agreement for that transaction. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. Nothing on a general information page is financial, legal, or investment advice.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of a Service for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or other reasonable reasons. We do not guarantee that every Service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the Services.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects mandatory consumer rights.
9. Ending access
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access where you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where a Service is discontinued. Provisions intended to continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability terms, will remain in effect.
10. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our permission; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or transfer of a Service.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the relevant Service or Celestria Group channels where practicable.
