1. Scope
This policy applies when you use services operated by Celestria Group, including celestriagroup.com, Celestria Group Discord bots, Ryanair Connect, Ryanair Links, Hargrave Links, and other websites or online services that link to this policy (together, the “Services”). Celestria Group is the controller of personal information processed through the Services.
Discord, Roblox, and any other third-party platforms have their own privacy practices. Their processing is governed by their policies.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide, such as contact details, support messages, application responses, feedback, and information submitted through forms.
- Account and platform information, such as Discord or Roblox user IDs, usernames, display names, avatars, and authentication details made available by the platform. We do not receive your platform password.
- Discord message content may be processed where needed to run specific bot features, moderation tools, logging, support, or commands. We do not intentionally collect private message content unless a feature requires it or a user submits it to us.
- Where a transaction is completed through a third-party platform, we may receive the platform account identifier and transaction status needed to provide the relevant Service. The platform handles its own payment credentials.
- Technical data, such as IP address, device/browser information, pages visited, and log data, may be processed automatically by our website and security providers. We do not use this data to identify you unless needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
We do not ask for any sensitive personal information. Please do not submit it unless it is genuinely required and we have asked you to do so.
3. How and why we use information
- Provide, authenticate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Run bot commands, moderation, support, applications, and portals.
- Process transactions and maintain appropriate financial records.
- Protect users, investigate abuse, and prevent fraud or attacks.
- Measure site performance where you have accepted analytics.
- Communicate with you and comply with legal obligations.
We rely on different lawful bases depending on the activity, including performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required, such as for optional analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time, although this does not ffect processing that was already lawful.
4. Sharing information
We may share information only where reasonably necessary with:
- Celestria Group teams and services that need it for the purposes above.
- Hosting, analytics, communications, authentication, payment, and security providers working on our behalf.
- Discord, Roblox, or another platform when you use an integrated feature.
- Authorities, advisers, or other parties where required by law, needed to protect rights and safety, or connected with a reorganisation or transfer of a Service.
We do not sell our data, including personal information, nor do we use it to train Artificial Intelligence models without user consent.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain security and records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We then delete or anonymise information where reasonably possible.
Support messages are retained until the query has been resolved. It is retained for a reasonable period for auditing purposes. Moderation records are retained for as long as needed for safety, appeals, and abuse prevention. Application responses are deleted as soon as the process ends and a hiring decision has been made, unless retained for future opportunities with consent. Transaction records held by third-party platforms are retained in line with their policies. Analytics data is retained according to your cookie settings.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We process the majority of our information within the UK/EU. Some of our providers or third-parties such as Discord or Roblox may process information outside the UK/EU. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
6. Data collection from children
The Services are not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian and in accordance with applicable law. If we learn that we collected a child’s information unlawfully, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to use of your information; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; and complain to a data protection authority. If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
