How long until I receive my results? If you have not heard back from us via direct messages or email in 5 days, then you have unfortunately failed your application with us. You are always welcome to apply again as we do not have an application cool down period.

Why have I failed? We cannot disclose the reason you have failed your application due to the amount of applications we get, however it may be due to one of these reasons:

• A lack of detail displayed within your responses
• A lack of knowledge displayed overall
• Grammar isn't up-to the application readers standards
• Failed background checks (reasons on why cannot be disclosed)

What will my training consist of? Our training is split into two main parts. You will first start with your Safety and Emergency Procedure training which gives you the basic skills to work at Ryanair. Once you have passed this segment, you will then move onto your departmental training which will teach you the needed skills for your department. The training course takes around two weeks to fully complete.
